I was able to spend a little time at the Boise zoo a while back. For such a small zoo, there were certainly tons of penguin friends, I had a great time!
There’s a fun little display of penguin cut-out style statues that kids like to run around.
Then there is a little exhibit with lots of penguins swimming around and hanging out and hiding in little caves.
I was able to sit and watch for a while… Yay for my Boise pals! If you get a chance to visit, its a quick trip but it sure is fun!

Hi Penguin, I sent a link of your lovely photos to my friend (non-feathered) and former boss, who is now at the Boise Zoo. I am sure she will love seeing your photos, enjoy reading your comments about the zoo, and would definitely welcome you back for another visit.
It was nice to see that your little penguin enjoyed its visit to Zoo Boise. Perhaps next time you visit Boise, Idaho you can give us a heads up! Seeing as how I am the penguin keeper, I bet I could get your penguin behind the scenes for a picture with our colony. At least, those individuals who would be willing to pose!
